Organic foods are produced without the use of conventional pesticides, artificial fertilizers, human waste, or sewage sludge and that they were processed without ionizing radiation or food additives. What is Swiss Water Processed Decaf? Coffee beans are soaked in caffeine free green coffee extract so that the caffeine is extracted from the bean and into the water yet the flavor components remain. The caffeine saturated green coffee extract is processed through activated charcoal to remove caffeine. The coffee beans are then dried to their originating moisture level and re-bagged.
